How do I join the affiliate program?
Just register for a free account in the client portal. Every registered user gets an affiliate profile and a unique referral code automatically — there's no separate application or approval process.
Where do I find my referral code?
Your referral code is on your client portal dashboard as soon as you sign in. You can copy it, share it directly, or use it as part of a shareable referral link.
How much do I earn per referral?
$25 CAD for every new project the referred client pays for. If they come back for a second or third project, you earn $25 again each time — the credit isn't limited to the first purchase.
When and how do I get paid?
Your affiliate balance updates as soon as a referred client's project payment clears. You can request a payout from the client portal whenever you're ready — no minimum balance required.
What counts as a 'new client'?
Anyone who hasn't worked with UltimateAppsCA before and mentions your referral code when they start a project. Existing clients can't be re-referred, but they can refer others themselves.
Can I refer myself or use my own code?
No — referral credits only apply to genuine new clients. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't qualify for payouts.
Do I have to be a client to be an affiliate?
No. You just need a client portal account, which is free to create. You don't need to have a website built by UltimateAppsCA to earn from referrals.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
